About Me

I love Redlands.  I grew up in a small central California agricultural town, where my self-employed parents taught me the value of delivering outstanding service to the people that honor you with their business.  I moved to Redlands in 1983.  This city is just perfect to me – our crime rate is low, we’re not too big and not too small, we’re very community- and family-oriented, and our beautiful tree-lined streets are filled with wonderful homes – Tudor, Craftsman, Victorian, Mid-Century Modern, Queen Anne, Adobe, Spanish – the list goes on.  This is a perfect little city with a rich, proud history. 

Prior to selling real estate, I worked for one of the finest law firms in the area in real estate litigation for 11 years.  This background has given me tremendous insight into handling your transaction with the utmost professionalism and shrewd negotiating skills.  In 1997, I began selling real estate and fell in love with the business.  In 2000, I obtained my broker’s license. 

I am also: (1) a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®; (2) an Accredited Staging Professional®; and (3) a Certified HAFA Short Sale Specialist; and (4) a GREEN designee, educated to help you with energy-efficiency.  See the appropriate buttons on the left side of my website to learn more of these special areas of study.

In my spare time, I love walking my dog and endlessly gawking at all of our beautiful homes (safer than gawking while driving).  I am an insatiable reader, and a home improvement junkie – I’m the one at Lowe’s looking at sprinkler parts with the bewildered look on my face.  I have two beautiful daughters that were born right here in Redlands and attended our terrific public schools – Whitney, who is now a high school music teacher, and Melanie, who is attending Crafton Hills College.
