GREEN Designation


What does the GREEN designation mean?

The GREEN designation involves completing a rigorous 18-hour course designed specifically for REALTORS to ensure that we gain a comprehensive knowledge of green homes, what makes a property green, help clients evaluate costs and benefits of green building features and practices, listing and marketing green homes, and discussing financial incentives, such as tax credits and rebates available to homeowners.

Energy costs continue to rise.  I am here to help you see the potential energy-efficient improvements you can make, whether it be installing CFL bulbs, to water saving toilets, to solar water heaters.  There are all sorts of changes you can make - large and small - within any budget.
